The treadmill allows the user to exercise without pain postoperatively. The technology uses Differential Air Pressure to unweight the user. This technology reduces the impact of walking or running and could lead to a quicker recovery.

The treadmill can be used to rehabilitate after joint surgery or train through an injury, and the treadmill can provide gait training for neurologic patients and strength and conditioning for older patients.
