Mercy Health Acquires Cincinnati SportsMedicine & Orthopaedic Center

Mercy Health in Cincinnati has acquired the Cincinnati SportsMedicine & Orthopaedic Center.

All seven CSMOC orthopedic physicians, as well as physical therapists and trainers, are now part of Mercy Health, which is part of Cincinnati-based Catholic Health Partners. The physicians include Michelle Andrews, MD, Matthew Busam, MD, head team physician for the Cincinnati Bengals Marc Galloway, MD, Samer Hasan, MD, PhD, Thomas Lindenfeld, MD, Frank Noyes, MD, and Mark Siegel, MD.

 

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. In August, Mercy Health finalized a partnership with Wellington Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, which includes 18 physicians and specialists.
