Dr. Azar is a sports medicine physician and orthopedic surgeon at Campbell Clinic as well as a professor and director of the sports medicine fellowship program at the University of Tennessee-Campbell Clinic department of orthopedic surgery. He has served as the Grizzlies’ head team physician since 2001.
