In this role, Ms. Story will drive BD Integrated Diagnostic Solutions’ global strategic, operational and commercial performance, according to a March 30 release.
Ms. Story previously served as Medtronic’s president of pelvic health and gastric therapies. She held several other leadership roles at Medtronic during her more than 15 years with the company.
This move marks the third Medtronic veteran to leave this year, after the company unveiled a restructuring plan in September. In March, former Medtronic executive Vafa Jamali became the CEO of Zimmer Biomet’s spine spinoff, NewCo. In January, Medtronic veteran Ellison Humphrey left Medtronic and was named Zimmer Biomet’s chief transformation officer.
