Many Physicians Skeptical of Health IT Benefits for Patients

Approximately 40 percent of physicians were skeptical that patients would benefit from electronic medical records and health information exchanges, according to an Accenture report.

The report, part of a study on connected health, details responses from Accenture’s survey of more than 3,700 physicians in eight countries.
