Charges against Dr. Dennis alleged that he submitted claims in the amount of $102,053 to the U. S. Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs for services he claimed he provided after Hurricane Katrina that were never rendered, according to a news release by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
He will be sentenced on May 26 and faces a maximum sentence of up to 10 years in prison, according to the WXVT News report.
