ExpressCARE, the urgent care facility, will provide services for patients with common illnesses and minor injuries.
The outpatient LVHN Surgical Center will provide surgical and rehabilitation services, diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. It includes 22 patient rooms.
Lehigh Valley Health Network-Tilghman is being opened at the site of the former Westfield Hospital, according to the report.
