Lake Region Bone and Joint Surgeons Merge With Sanford Health

Bemidji, Minn.-based Lake Region Bone and Joint Surgeons has merged with Sanford Health, based in Fargo, N.D., and Sioux Falls, S.D., according to a Sanford Health news release.

The practice, which includes three orthopedic surgeons and nine employees, will change its name to Sanford Bemidji Orthopedics Clinic.

“This represents a major leap forward for our vision of establishing Bemidji as a center of excellence in orthopedics and sports medicine,” said Kevin Lampe, Sanford Health vice president of national orthopedics and sports medicine. “We have the great reputation and high quality services of Lake Region Bone and Joint and Sanford to serve both locally and in Northern Minnesota.”
