Three insights:
1. SRHC will provide sports medicine, urgent care and student healthcare services to the university’s athletes.
2. Timothy Hawkes, MD, will head the Salina Regional Orthopedic and Sports Medicine team. Matthew Pyle, MD, will also provide care for the 500-strong student athlete population.
3. The office features an on-site clinic and will treat sports-related injuries, provide physician sideline coverage, annual physicals and education for KWU athletics training staff.
