Kent State University’s College of Podiatric Medicine Names Dr. Allan Boike Dean

Kent State University’s College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, announced the appointment of Allan M. Boike, DPM, as its new dean, effective July 1.

Dr. Boike currently serves as director of the podiatric medical and surgical residency training programs as well as section head of podiatric medicine and surgery in the Foot and Ankle Center of the Orthopaedic and Rheumatology Institute at the Cleveland Clinic.

 

Dr. Boike is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and has served as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Ohio Podiatric Medical Association. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and has since served the board as an oral examiner.
