The third edition of Migraine Clinical Trials Guidelines recommends a contemporary, standardized and evidence-based approach to migraine clinical trials. The guidelines address trials for acute migraine and migraine prevention, patient selection, trial design and evaluation of results and statistics. The first edition of the guidelines was published in 1991 and the second in 2000.
