Integra LifeSciences is releasing its Paramount Pedicle Screw Fixation System for minimally-invasive spine surgery to a select group of surgeons, according to a release from Integra.
The company said it plans a full launch of the Paramount system in the first quarter of 2010.
The system features a rod delivery system with the rod already attached to the screw head, reducing the number of operative steps for the surgeon.
