The treadmill uses NASA-based anti-gravity technology to help patients overcome obstacles associated with training and physical rehabilitation. The technology allows patients to run or walk without bearing their entire weight, which reduces the impact on the body. Its Differential Air Pressure technology also reduces body weight by up to 80 percent.

The treadmill is currently used by professional baseball, football and basketball teams as well as at US Olympic training centers.
