Mr. Grenter has more than 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, most recently as group president for Spacelabs Healthcare, where he oversaw operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He succeeds Paul Chirico, SpineAlign’s founder, who will continue as chief technology officer and board member.
The company, formerly called SpineWorks Medical, makes the SpineAlign device, a vertebral body implant to treat fractures in the thoracic or lumbar spine in patients with osteoporosis.
