Girling Health Care offers several services including joint replacement therapy, fall prevention and medication management.

The bundled payment initiative includes four different models, differing based upon providers and services involved. CMS will bundle payments for services beneficiaries receive during an episode of care and participating providers will provide CMS with a discount from expected payments.

In addition, providers will collaborate to reduce to lower healthcare costs and reduce readmissions.
