2. Dr. Creighton performed the procedure at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Hospitals.

 

3. Dr. Creighton earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and completed his residency at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. He also completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago.
