Here are three notes on Mr. Cray’s appointment:
1. Mr. Cray is a licensed athletic trainer and specializes in biomechanical evaluation, orthotic casting and constructing orthotics.
2. He joined Middlebury’s staff in 1992 after completing an internship with the college’s football program.
3. Mr. Cray previously served as Middlebury’s associate director of sports medicine. He was named an associate athletic trainer in 2001.
