Geisinger Health Names Dr. Daniel Horwitz Chair of Orthopedic Trauma

Daniel S. Horwitz, MD, has been named chair of orthopedic trauma at Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pa., according to a Times Ledger report.

Dr. Horwitz will be responsible for performing orthopedic surgery on trauma victims and patients with critical cases. He is a member of the Orthopedic Trauma Association. Dr. Horwitz earned his medical degree at Washington University in St. Louis.
