Foundation has equity interests in and manages 21 ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals.

Michaud, CEO of Foundation Surgery Affiliates, in the release. “This combination will allow both companies to achieve their growth goals and provide complementary healthcare resources to our patients across the country.”
Graymark Healthcare will be the surviving entity name upon the closing of the transaction, which is expected to occur in the third quarter.
