Dr. Mann has been in practice for 25 years, having served as chief of orthopedic surgery at 259-bed Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisko, N.Y., from 1994 to 2007.

He received his medical degree from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and completed his residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York.

"I joined Westchester Health so that I could have the strength and support of a large group and still be able to deliver small office personalized care in the same setting that I have been at for the past 19 years," he wrote on the Westchester Health Web site.
