1. A former NFL offensive lineman, Dr. Adickes completed his residency training at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic and his sports medicine fellowship at the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic in Vail, Colo.
2. While in the NFL, he played for the Kansas City Chiefs and then the Washington Redskins.
3. He is also a sports medicine expert appearing on ESPN and DirecTV.
4. Dr. Adickes has more than 10 years of experience treating injured athletes in Houston.
