Raymond Romero and Vashti Ramcharitar of West Melbourne, Fla., admitted they were part of a conspiracy to mail prescription painkillers to post office boxes in Searsport, Maine.
Marc Reaves and Shannon Clark of Searsport received a priority mail package every two to three weeks containing 50-100 tablets of prescription painkillers, including Percocet and oxycodone.
