Exactech receives research award for ExactechGPS Knee Application: 3 observations

Exactech received the Second Place Best Clinical Podium Presentation Award for a research study presented on its ExactechGPS knee application at the International Society for Computer Assisted Orthopaedic Surgery annual meeting in Beijing, China from June 6 to June 9.

Here are three things to know:

1. The study demonstrated ExactechGPS’ potential to accurately manage soft tissue balance, bone cuts and overall knee alignment in joint replacement surgery.

2. The study was one of five ExactechGPS studies presented at CAOS 2018.

3. Queensland, Australia-based Gold Coast Centre for Bone & Joint Surgery orthopedic surgeon David Liu, MD, and Exactech’s Yifei Dai, PhD, and Guillaume Bras presented the study.
