EHR Incentive Payments Reached $1.84B by End of November

Meaningful use payments through CMS’ Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Program reached roughly $1.84 billion by the end of November, according to a HIMSS news release.

Of the $1.84 billion in incentive payments, $920 million was paid through the Medicare program and $916 million was paid through the Medicaid program.
