Dwight Tyndall, MD (Spine Care Specialists, Munster, Ind.). Dr. Tyndall is a partner with Spine Care Specialists and has a special interest in outpatient minimally invasive spine surgery. He has also published research in peer-review journals and presented at the Eastern Orthopaedic Association. He is a member of the North American Spine Society, Indiana State Medical Society and State Orthopaedic Society.

 

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Tyndall is a regular contributor to the Hammond Times and authors the “Ask the Bone Doctor Column.” He also serves on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Club and is the team orthopedic surgeon for the local Gary Steelheads basketball team.

 

Dr. Tyndall earned his medical degree at NYU School of Medicine and completed his orthopedic surgery training at Stanford University in California. His additional training includes a spine fellowship at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
