Drs. Steven Maschke, James Rosneck operate on Cavaliers’ Larry Nance Jr.

Steven Maschke, MD, and James Rosneck, MD, repaired the fractured fourth metacarpal in Cleveland Cavalier forward Larry Nance Jr.’s left hand Feb. 8, the team reported.

Mr. Nance Jr. fractured the bone in his hand Feb. 6 in a game against the Milwaukee Bucks. He will be out six weeks as he rests and rehabilitates.

Dr. Maschke performed the procedure at Cleveland Clinic Sports Health, assisted by Dr. Rosneck.

Drs. Maschke and Rosneck are orthopedic surgeons at the Cleveland Clinic, and Dr. Rosneck is the Cavaliers’ team physician.
