Dr. Horn focuses on concussion management and has completed fellowship training in primary care sports medicine at St. Luke’s Hospital and Health System in Bethlehem, Pa.
Dr. Park focuses on hand and upper extremity problems, such as carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis. He has completed an orthopedic fellowship at the University of Colorado in Denver.
