William Meyers, MD, is operating on Chicago Bulls center Wendell Carter Jr., to address a core muscle injury. The surgery was scheduled for July 9.

Martin O’Malley, MD, performed surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles on the Golden State Warriors’ Kevin Durant after he sustained the injury in game five of the NBA Finals.

James Andrews, MD, repaired a fracture in the right elbow of Tampa Bay Rays pitching prospect Brent Honeywell.
