Here are four highlights:
1. Mr. Cason suffered a serious high-ankle sprain during Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
2. Drs. Khalfayan and Seibert performed the surgery at the Seattle Surgery Center.
3. It is unknown when Mr. Carson will be able to return. Mr. Carson was placed on the Injured Reserve list Monday, but can be reactivated after eight weeks.
4. Mr. Carson also suffered a crack in his upper leg that is expected to heal on its own.
