Dr. William Warren Brien Elected to 1st Century Bancshares Board of Directors

William Warren Brien, MD, an orthopedic surgeon in California, was recently elected to 1st Century Bancshares‘ board of directors.

Dr. Brien is executive vice chairman of the department of surgery and director of the Cedars-Sinai Orthopaedic Center in Los Angeles. He also serves on the board of directors for the California Orthopaedic Association and has been commissioner of the California Health Policy and Data Advisory Commission.

Dr. Brien earned his medical degree at the University of California in Los Angeles and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Los Angeles County/USC School of Medicine.
