Orthopedic surgeon William Stanton, MD, joined Vero Beach, Fla.-based Indian River Medical Center, according to a TC Palm report.

Here are three things to know:

 

1. Dr. Stanton has practiced orthopedic surgery for over two decades.

 

2. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a member of the Society of Military Surgeons.

 

3. He will provide fracture care, total knee replacements, shoulder and knee arthroscopic procedures, routine hand surgeries and general orthopedic care to patients at the Vero Beach clinic.
