Dr. William Seitz Receives Academy of Medicine Cleveland & Northern Ohio Award

William H. Seitz Jr., MD, received the 2014 John H. Budd MD Distinguished Membership Award from the Academy of Medicine Cleveland & Northern Ohio, according to an AAOS Now report.

Dr. Seitz is a hand and upper extremity surgeon at Cleveland Clinic Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center. He also serves as the executive director of the Cleveland Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital at Lutheran Hospital and director of hand and upper extremity.

 

During his career, Dr. Setiz has been a presidential guest speaker at the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Hand at the 50th Annual Meeting in Japan. He is a member of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
