Dr. Victor Wilson to Serve as Springfield Cardinals Head Orthopedist

Victor Wilson, MD, board-certified orthopedic surgeon of Mercy Clinic Orthopedics in Springfield, Mo., has become the head orthopedist of the minor league baseball team the Springfield Cardinals, according to an Ozarks First.com report.

Dr. Wilson has assumed this position as part of a five-year agreement between Mercy healthcare system and the Springfield Cardinals.

Bernard Griesemer, MD, board-certified sports medicine specialist, and Richard Seagrave, MD, board-certified orthopedic surgeon, will provide medical care during games.
