Dr. Sudhir Vaidya Becomes President of Bronx-Westchester Academy of Family Physicians

Sudhir Vaidya, MD, director of sports medicine and pain management at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital in White Plains, N.Y., has been elected president of the Bronx-Westchester Academy of Family Physicians, according to a MD News report.

Dr. Vaidya served as the organization’s vice president and on the sports medicine committee. He is also a clinical assistant professor of medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City.

Dr. Vaidya earned his medical degree at Karnatak Medical College in India and completed additional training at Royal College of Physicians in London, England.
