Dr. Steven Raikin to Perform Foot Surgery on Philadelphia Flyers’ James van Riemsdyk

Steven Raikin, MD, an orthopedic surgeon, is scheduled to perform foot surgery on Philadelphia Flyers’ James van Riemsdyk, according to a CSN report.

Mr. van Riemsdyk broke his foot during a game last week. Dr. Raikin will repair the break and install a plate to enhance the healing process. Mr. van Riemsdyk will likely spend the rest of the season recovering from the injury.
