Dr. Scott Levin Wins Arthritis Foundation Award

Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine announced that L. Scott Levin, MD, has received the Sir John Charnley, MD, Award from The Arthritis Foundation.

Dr. Levin is chair of the orthopedic surgery department, the Paul B. Magnuson Professor of Bone and Joint Surgery as well as professor of surgery in the division of plastic surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

 

The Sir John Charnley, MD, Award recognizes the important role of a doctor in the field of orthopedics who dedicates themselves to improving the world around them.

 

Dr. Levin is board-certified and focuses on hand and upper extremity surgery, reconstructive microsurgical techniques for extremity reconstruction and limb salvage.
