Dr. El-Amin earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, where he also earned a PhD in molecular and cellular biology. He completed additional training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and shoulder and sports medicine surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
