Prior to his new position, Dr. Stanton served on multiple AOSSM committees. He is chairman and managing partner of Orthopaedic Society Group in Fairfield, Conn. Currently, Dr. Stanton is the Clinical Instructor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Yale School of Medicine.
Additionally, Dr. Stanton is the senior attending physician at Connecticut’s Bridgeport Hospital for Fairfield University’s athletic teams, the Bridgeport Sound Tigers hockey team and the Bridgeport Bluefish baseball team. Dr. Stanton is currently a member of the medical pool for USA Gymnastics and has served as a team physician for the U.S. National Ski Team.
