2. Featuring a smile and thumbs up, Mr. Eifert posted a post-surgery photo of himself to Instagram Oct. 1, thanking his fans for the kind words and pledging his return after recovery.

3. Mr. Eifert underwent season-ending spine surgery in October 2017.

4. Dr. Anderson is an orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist at Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in Green Bay, Wis. He serves as an associate team physician for the Green Bay Packers.
