Dr. Riley Williams Performs Knee Surgery on New York Red Bulls’ Juan Agudelo

Riley Williams, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City, performed knee surgery on New York Red Bulls striker Juan Agudelo, according to a New York Post report.

Mr. Agudelo suffered a torn medial meniscus while playing with the U.S. Under-23 National Team in the Olympic qualifiers. Dr. Williams performed surgery to repair the knee, and Mr. Agudelo is expected to miss up to six weeks of play, according to the report.
