Dr. Paul Kovatis to Perform First Total Ankle Replacement

This May, Paul Kovatis, MD, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, is scheduled to perform the first total ankle replacement at Hackensack (N.J.) University Medical Center.

Dr. Kovatis is the president of the medical staff and director of the leg, ankle and foot division of the orthopedic surgery department at Hackensack University Medical Center.
