Dr. Neal ElAttrache to Perform Shoulder Surgery on Phillies Pitcher Roy Halladay

On Wednesday, Dr. Neal ElAttrache, MD, board-certified sports medicine physician of Kerlan-Jobe Clinic in Los Angeles, will perform arthroscopic shoulder surgery on Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Roy Halladay, according to a CBS Sports report.

Dr. ElAttrache will perform the procedure on the pitcher’s right shoulder.
