Dr. Neal ElAttrache to operate on Los Angeles Dodgers ace Dustin May

Neal ElAttrache, MD, will perform elbow surgery on Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Dustin May.

The procedure, scheduled May 11 will end Mr. May’s 2021 season, according to a May 3 report from the Major League Baseball. He injured his elbow after throwing a pitch in a May 2 game against the Milwaukee Brewers.

Dr. ElAttrache is an orthopedic surgeon, the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Foundation board chair and program director for the Kerlan-Jobe Sports Medicine Fellowship.
