Dr. Michael Shin Earns Subspecialty Certificate in Orthopedic Sports Medicine

Michael Shin, MD, St. Margaret’s Valley Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Spring Valley, Ill., has earned the subspecialty certificate in orthopedic sports medicine from the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, according to a News Tribune report.

It is estimated that 2,000 orthopedic surgeons from across the country have this certification.
