Dr. Michael George Educates on Care for Rodeo Athletes

Michael George, MD, an orthopedic specialist with KSF Orthopaedic Center in Houston, recently presented on the care and management of rodeo athletes.

Dr. George provided insight for physicians, athletic trainers and other personnel who care for injured rodeo athletes at the “Evaluation and Management of the Injured Rodeo Athlete” continuing education program recently in Las Vegas. He discussed common injuries and his experience treating rodeo athletes.

Dr. George is the chairman of the department of surgery at Methodist Willowbrook Hospital and has a subspecialty certification in orthopedic sports medicine.
