Dr. Chen has previous experience providing medical care for the San Francisco 49ers and has published articles based on his research in the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Chen earned his medical degree at Northwestern University in Chicago and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland.
Dr. Chen’s additional training includes a fellowship in sports medicine at Stanford University in Palo Alto, Calif.
