Dr. Nugent earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center and Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. He completed his fellowship training in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Greenville, S.C.
