Dr. Martin O’Malley Performs Ankle Surgery on Timberwolves’ Nikola Pekovic

Martin O’Malley, MD, recently performed ankle surgery on Minnesota Timberwolves center Nikola Pekovic, according to a Star-Tribune report.

Mr. Pekovic first experienced soreness in his ankle toward the end of the 2011-2012 season. Dr. O’Mally performed a procedure to remove bone spurs from Mer. Pekovic’s right ankle. He is expected to recover and return to play for training camp this year.
