Dr. Galland’s new responsibilities include providing care, overseeing evaluation and managing treatment for Wake Tech athletes. He is currently the team physician and orthopedic consultant for the Carolina Mudcats, an AA affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. He is also affiliated with the Louisburg College athletic program.
Dr. Galland earned his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he also completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. He has served as chief of orthopedic surgery at the naval hospital at Camp Lejeune, N.C.
