2. Dr. Philippon will repair the torn labrum in Mr. Carter-Williams’ left hip.

 

3. Dr. Philippon is a managing partner, sports medicine/hip disorders at The Steadman Clinic as well as a co-chairman and board member at Steadman Philippon Research Institute in Vail, Colo.

 

4. He is a Founding Member of the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy, and he has treated close to 1,000 professional and Olympic athletes.

 

5. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.
